Visit the website

Our website is designed to provide information about our practice. Personal data (first name, last name, email address, telephone number) is not collected on our website. When you visit our website, the browser used on your device sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in the server's log files. • Name and URL of the retrieved file,

When using our contact form

There is a contact form on our website that can be used to contact us electronically. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that it can be traced who sent the request and in order to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

If a user takes advantage of the course registration form, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. The following data is stored exclusively during the web session and then automatically deleted:

An email is generated from this data and sent to:w.k.calo.psychotherapie@posteo.de and the respective client email works.

Alternatively, you can contact us using the practice email address provided on our website. The user's personal data transmitted with the email is stored.

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing communication. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent.
